• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

5. Credits and Payments

• Services are accessed using credits purchased through our platform
• Credit prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Purchased credits do not expire

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Post or share content that is offensive or disrespectful to any religion
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VedaMarg are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your readings are for personal use only and may not be commercially exploited.

8. Limitation of Liability

VedaMarg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
