If you have used some credits from a purchase, we can provide a partial refund for the unused credits only, calculated at the per-credit rate of your purchase.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving a reading after credits were deducted:

• We will either restore your credits or provide the reading
• Screenshots or error messages are helpful for investigation

Currently, VedaMarg operates on a credit-based system without subscriptions. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated with relevant cancellation terms.
